Merchant trading
We buy from vetted Indian suppliers on our own account, handle export documentation and compliance, and deliver on agreed Incoterms. You hold one contract, with us, rather than a relationship with every mill and processor upstream.
Merchant Exporter · India
An Indian producer will not grade to your specification, hold your delivery window, or wait to be paid. We stand between the two — absorbing terms no overseas buyer can work with, and handing you goods that match the last container and arrive when we said they would.
What we do
Whether you need the goods bought and shipped, a presence in India without an entity here, or a straight answer on where your trade desk is losing margin and what to change.
We buy from vetted Indian suppliers on our own account, handle export documentation and compliance, and deliver on agreed Incoterms. You hold one contract, with us, rather than a relationship with every mill and processor upstream.
We act as your operational presence in India without you establishing a local entity — identifying and qualifying suppliers, negotiating, and following orders through to dispatch. Remunerated on commission.
Fact-based decisions built on financial models and process design — costing, working capital, feasibility, and how a consignment actually moves from enquiry to payment. The commercial architecture of a trade desk, not the paperwork inside it.
Why buyers work through us
You could buy direct. Most who try find that a grower or a small processor will not grade to a written specification, will not hold a delivery window, and expects the full amount when the goods leave the yard. That is not a supply chain a business can run on. Closing that gap is the whole of what we do.
Producers at origin want payment on handover, without credit or retention. We carry that on our side of the transaction and give you terms priced to your creditworthiness and destination — decided in an afternoon, not by a committee.
Consignments are bought against a written specification and inspected before they ship — not agreed over a phone call. Wholesale buyers do not reorder because a price was keen; they reorder because the second container matched the first.
Our Registered Exporter status lets us self-certify origin, so EU importers can claim preferential duty — an arithmetic reduction in landed cost. Food and agricultural lines retain that benefit under the EU's 2026–2028 scheme, where many industrial categories no longer do.
Documentation, testing and customs formalities are handled as a matter of course. They are the floor, not the reason to choose us.

What we ship
Everything listed here is something we export or have exported. We add categories as buyers ask for them, rather than advertising a range we have never handled.
G9 Cavendish banana — shipped green at 75–80% maturity, 18–21 days shelf life under a controlled cold chain, EU MRL compliant from APEDA-certified farms. Year-round through multi-state sourcing.
Tamarind concentrate at 65° Brix, depectinised concentrate, paste and pulp — bulk from 12.5 kg to 250 kg, plus retail and private-label formats, dips, chutneys and prepared pastes.
Essential oils, carrier oils and hydrosols, with absolutes, traditional Indian attars, spice oleoresins and botanical extracts — sourced to order against your specification.
We also trade herbs and spices and other agricultural and food commodities. Tell us what you need.
Send us the commodity, the specification and the destination port. You will have a considered reply, not a template, within twelve hours.
